Can't believe this is the same band who played Israel Son when they were Grunge wannabe. Now they are so mature with this kind of music. I don't care what are they played. This band is always great.

This song still rocks and is my favourite from Young Modern. I like their more hard rock side without a doubt and if the band gets together again I hope they do another rock album with a hard edge to it..

I'm glad that they have evolved in their own way, but this is so weird to watch...seems like a completely different band...Daniel Johns used to be so somber and unlike this...he kind of seems pompous here... I was just listening to "Emotion Sickness" the other day...Neon Ballroom is one of my favorite albums of all time... I will be honest, I don't like this new style at all - but I'm happy they're still making music. His voice is still good though

i dont like it, but there is no reason to haters to keep shouting at it. i liked nirvana, pearl jam and silver chair, one day someone came to me and said, wow, u only like grunge bands? i said: what? grunge? no 0.o! the guy said: well they r all grunges. i said:really? so, ye i do like grunge... what i am trying to say is that i dont like, just coz i dont like, not coz they r not grunge anymore. its just that i dont liek this kind of music, although i respect, and so should all who liked old SC!

"mind reader" is not bad, but "straight lines" and other new tracks are desappointing. But yes, u're right, i dont have to like it. i just think they changed so much... whatever. sorry for call u junk food eater, i was upset for something else.

True hurts. Silverchair WAS a brilliant band. Now just sux. Check old's Silverchair fans opinion, and u will see that almost everyone thinks the same... And won't be an american junk food eater that will make me shut up.
