Emotion sickness is one of my favourite silverchair songs. Pretty ghastly performance this one. When you compare it to other performances of the same song. Check out their performances of emotion sickness in melbourne park (1999), sao paulo (2003), and the great divide tour (2007) and you will see dan really become entranced with this song. He is so energized and into it in those performances. They are close to perfection. In this it looks like he has just ended a week long bender, in fact from his body language you can see that he is tired and doesnt seem to really want to be there. His vocals too are really poor, especially the "Get Up" section. But it doesnt really surprise me, they only did the 2006 homebake gig to bankroll young modern. the band was in debt before then.

ha exactly, i aint either, paul mac just ruins the whole plot of ssilvercair, theyr not supposed to have electronics in the songs ! lol but they do, but im a big fan of silverchair so wateva....

This song has been pretty amazing for me as well. It is probably the song I most connect with when listening to Silverchair. It really sums up all my feelings. I wouldnt go as far as to say it saved me, but its kept me from having to be saved.

Emotion Sikness stripped down to a four peice bloody brilliant. Daniel is one in a million. He can do what he wants its his music and everything he does is trully genius

he has an amazing voice, i don't think it will ever be the exact same, the one that we all grew up with and miss... but he's changing we gotta accept that. he still sounds great. i think anthem for the year 2000, freak and spawn again sound great no matter what though. like he can still have that edge. by the way, at about 3:45 in the video, a lady wearing a hat gets smoked in the head with something! reminds me of dan's little incident back in the 90's. aw poor baby.
