Layne Staley died because he refused to see he was knocking on death door also. Addiction propblems are no joke wake up people, you cannot cheat death it is final. At least he found something that made him wakeup. People think perscription drugs will not kill you, this is not true. A $2500.00 habit is excessive to say the least wow it is a shame because so many musicians end up broke due to these drug issues or dead.
