If you knew anything about Sharon Jones and The Dap Kings, Gabe Roth (the bass player in this video) is the man responsible for Amy Winehouse's "Back to Black", and is the main creative force for both Sharon Jones and Amy Winehouse. Gabe Roth is a multi-platinum producer/engineer genius. Amy Winehouse caught a break, and was a phenomenal performer and singer, and both her and Sharon Jones owe what they are to Gabe Roth.
