What do you mean, "Speaking about Heaven like it's the earth?" Third Heaven is not in Rev 20. The only place in the Bible it's ever mentioned is 2 Cor 12, where Paul describes his experience of being taken up to see Third Heaven, but this was not resurrection.

The first part- "Go to heaven" ??? He (I'm guessing it's John Piper) is speaking about heaven like it's earth. I think he's confused. The third heaven is where the soul of believers goes before the Lord Jesus comes back (the first resurrection...Rev. 20). After that those souls are reunited with an eternal body (please correct me from scripture if that's inaccurate). Whoever is speaking at the beginning maybe needs to study the third heaven/heaven/earth/hades/hell/the resurrection a bit more.
