@krimzen2k5 You're pretty wrong, Japanese took huge amounts of influence from Early thrash and glam metal, and grew in a different direction. And like half of the early japanese metal bands said their influence was ACDC, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, or Rainbow

@DMitsukirules i hope you're aware that most japanese albeit not all, arent aware of western metal bands, its crazy but the japanese came up with their heavy metal by themselves, the riffs are similar which is why its so interesting to see, since both westerners and japanese people dont listen to each others versions of heavy metal yet they both similar crazy right?
