I saw them last night, with Obscura, Devin Townsend and COB. In fact, I was there only because of them. They played Anubis and themes from The Great Mass. They are absolutely GREAT! And yes, they are better than Dimmu Burger. Hellfest 2008 has been the best of all till this moment and I was there too :)))

@jesusisbetter Quite right, we'd have to ask the SF guys where they took their name. I certainly wouldn't go so far as to say that Septic Flesh is an unoriginal name, but I'd definitely admit that they may've named themselves similarly to Septic Death from influence.

@jesusisbetter That's as ridiculous as me saying that Septic Death is un-originally too close to an incredible 80s+ band 'Death.' Or Napalm Death. Or Acid Death, Crimson Death, Nuclear Death, The Red Death or a ton of other bands I wouldn't have heard of. I'm sure there are plenty of other bands with 'Septic' in the title as well.

@jesusisbetter I'll agree with you that Septic Flesh isn't the most original band name out there. And because of your comment, I revisited Septic Death and took a look at they're main attributes: originality, yes; demented; slightly, but there are much more messed up bands nowadays, like Gorgoroth; extreme, no not at all (and don't try to argue that when there are bands like Nile and Behemoth out there); talented, hell yes. Just wanted to chime in and offer my knowledge. Don't want to argue.
