You're gonna go with the "One of a kind" argument huh? That's not too bad an argument... Accept that any good band usually do have a one of a kind sound, but all of them fit into some kind (or multiple kinds) of genre(s). I'm not overly attached to genre labels, but I usually do include them in my vid descriptions, and Sentenced is not easy to classify, so I called it as close as the overall sound implies.

That's more than can be said of a lot of passionate youtube commentators, who have a nasty habit of dishing out ad hom after ad hom, for no real reason, other than a single point of disagreement. "Let's just all say that Sentenced was a brilliant band, that's all that matters after all" Yes indeed! Btw I think i'm going to add that to my vid description, I like that a lot, and it might help people to understand that my description is subjective.

That's weird! It really didn't show up before. Anyway, the only reason it gets stuck into a corner is because there is no absolute definition of music, because music is mostly subjective. It really doesn't matter what you're arguing about when it comes to music, that usually is the result in any case. The real point is... ALL musical related arguments are usually pointless, but at least it's not the same old boring as shit comments. That's all I meant!

It's funny people are so passionate about this issue, it's just a label. Though it is a good indication of how many people love his band no matter which side of the issue you're on. Who says I want to keep the peace? It invites discussion and fuels passions, and that's part of the reason I started uploading videos in the first place. I like to stir things up a bit. Say what you want about the comments on this video, but they're certainly not boring.
