Hey guys Mark Lanegan (vocals for Screaming Trees) was also in Mad Season with Layne Staley( Alice in Chains original frontman) and Mike Mcready(Pearl Jam Lead Guitarist). The deluxe edition of Above( Mad Seasons only album) comes out April 2nd and Mark finished the vocal on some extra songs the band had before Layne died. Check it out.

Thanks for writing it up, Sean! This song took a totally different meaning for me when I read some lyrics in black and white. I thought I heard one thing (for over 20 years) and I got the whole meaning (the word by word yes, but no forrest, just trees) wrong. It's an amazing song lyrically also.
