This version is soooo much better than the version on the album. For some reason, the producers of the album went nuts and added a backup choir and all this heavy instrumentation that nearly ruined the song. All they needed was Scott, Marietta, and a piano.

It's one of the best episodes of the show and a wonderful song but everyone had already learned that Scott had a great voice. He sang as far back as the Mob episode in the first season and of course in Catch A Falling Star in the second season.
