Yes, please go ask Ringo if he or if Paul controlled the flow, he only said so a bunch of times. Hell even John Bonham, one of the greatest drummers of all time stated that on Jimmy Page was THE flow.

The lead guitar controls the flow more than the drums...you've never been in a band have you? Please don't make shit up like that. It spreads misconceptions. Nothing controls the flow or feel of a song more than the drums.

Lead Guitar in most bands do a lot of the directing due to their instruments role in some types of music, they tend to control the flow of music more than even drums.
In order, they are:
1) Secret Base - Kimi ga Kureta Mono
2) The Blue Hearts - Boku no Migite
3) Aikawa Nanase - Yumemiru Shoujo ja Irarenai
