Saxon is very underrated here in the US. They never got any airplay way long ago. Not many people even know about them. This is not to say they don't have any fans in the US, just not very many. They are doing a headlining tour, but playing at places like the HoB. We'll never see them headlining an arena tour, or a festival. I'm not saying they aren't good enough, but that they don't have the following. Maybe that will improve.

Underrated? Man, Saxon is one of the greatest heavy metal bands of all time and the whole world knows about it. They are simply down to earth, unlike some other metal bands. Noone who knows even the basics about music would dare to underrate Saxon!
