On this day in 1961 {August 9th} the Bobby Darin debut movie "Come September" opened in theaters across the U.S.A. He met Sandra Dee while on location, and they married on Dec. 1st, 1960 {divorced in 1967}... The song "Multiplication" was featured in the film, on December 18th, 1961 it entered Billboard's Hot Top 100 chart {as the b-side of "Irresistible You"}; eventually it peaked at #30... R.I.P. Mr. Darin {1936 - 1973) & Ms. Dee {1942 - 2005}...
