This is a fine song,but like the rest of the 'Rendezvous' album it suffers from over-production.Anyone who likes this song may like to search for the solo piano (demo) version that appeared on the 2012 'Notes and The Words' box set.It is on YouTube now,along with several other solo home demos of songs from 'Rendezvous' which,in my opinion,are superior to the original album versions.I have only realised recently how wonderful her final album could have been if they had kept the arrangements simple and dropped the cover versions for her own songs such as 'Still Waters Run Deep','By The Time It Gets Dark' and 'Take Away The Load'-none of which made it onto any of her original albums.Похожие клипы
