I grew up with these songs through High School and into College. I used to be a huge fan of Sandi Patti and I miss the music of that era. The songs were powerful and full of praise. Meaning no disrespect for the artists of today, but I feel that today's contemporary Christian music tends to lack a lot of that power and sometimes lack a bit in solid truth (too much soulish feelings and not enough Spirit)... ... don't get me wrong, there are some excellent new songs...

I love this song! I always have. This is the first time I've heard it live, though, and I'm very disappointed in Sandi's vowels and attacks of consanents. Still a wonderful song, though!

I love that Sandi Patty sings songs to celebrate Easter and not just Christmas. We need more Easter songs to celebrate our Risen Savior and not just His miraculous birth. Who's with me???

Just absolutely love this song. First time I heard it could'nt help cry at the words did the earth rejoice to feel you again. Yup truly I'm sure every easter the Earth still jumps up and rejoices at that memory when He set foot on it again after He arose!! Halleluaih!
