So how would researchers earn a living? Don't be so cynical, there are currently drugs on the market that, yes, make money, and yes, also save lives, and improve the quality of life of the very ill. Making money and saving lives are not mutually exclusive. The profits made from drugs go into funding further research, since profit is what's left over after everyone is paid.

I would say the plague of our time is that certain treatments are not used by the general medical community possibly because they cannot be patented and make a lot of money and therefore most people don't know they exist. I like the minimalism of the video and then the contrast of the silver dress always makes me laugh.

@bunchie1966 They don't sell songs. The songs do. The video is a way to advertise the song, making a good video just secures you getting the video played more thus more people hearing the song and thus buying it if they like... THE SONG. No one buys a song if they hate it. A great video won't make someone buy a song they think is shitty. Would be like buying a burrito you already know tastes like shit, because the new advertisement is awesome. No.

@bunchie1966 It is... and they rarely even play music. And how does that have anything to do with buying a song based on the video over buying a song based on the video because it had, THE SONG IN IT. People buy the music based on the "video" because that's a way for them to HEAR the damn song.
