Life is beauty, for as long as one can see it. But when beauty slips away like a fish in the sea, life is no longer beauty. So, what IS life then? Some bleak, empty shell of nothing with no point to continue on? Sometimes, when the rain beats down on your shoulders, all you can do is sit and cry, and hope no one can hear your sobs. Without beauty, is that all life is? An endless rain, tears without rest? Without love, is life simply a void? Or is it something more? Is life a shell, but one that can be filled? Is it possible to end the tears? Someday, will the sun shine again? As the rain beats down from the sky from where the sun once shown, there is no way to know for sure. But time will tell soon enough, perhaps. All you need to do is wait for the sun to shine again.
