I'm not from Finland. And while I can agree that the Germans were occasionally slightly extreme in their policies, so were all the other nations out there. Look at Dresden. Or alternately, look at some before/after pics of Baghdad from the two Gulf Wars.

you do know they had an entire extermionnation plan ready for when they invaded england don't you? and in france a lot of small villages wich didn't harbour any jews anymore at that time we're completly exterminated. it's because the germans didn't see finland as inferior. and you guys did give the russians a hell of a time if i recall correctly.... but then again one does not simply invade fair finland like that :)

The Soviets was already breaking through the german lines so reinforcements would not arrive in time to turn a war, they would most likely delayed the fall of Germany with a month or two, but Germany had already lost. And the german production had pretty much collapsed at this time due to allied bombing, and with all the equipment USA gave SU and what they produced themself, The german tanks+artillery would have gotten crushed, and without Luftwaffe, SU domínated the skies too.

My country was with the Axis as well, but yeah..after Stalin took over and communism striked things got worse. I agree with you, the german soldier was loyal, despite all the bad things they did(it's not like they wanted to, though).

I'll be frank. Under the Germans, my country was respected as allies. Under the Russians, we lost all we owned for belonging to a property owning class, then were persecuted for the crime of belonging to the Catholic Clergy. I personally preferred the Germans. Not their anti-Semite spiel, but their treatment of others, definitely.

No, it didn't, Operation Bagration was June 22nd through 19th of August...D-day, or Op. Overlord, was on June 6th 1944, and the thing that saved D-day was the fake assault on the tip of france, not Bagration.
