Finding it strange that this is the same instrumental as "purple heart"

For those asking, "Nightchild" was turned into "Purple Heart" because at the time when the band wanted to turn their songs toward war and history, it sounded a bit too "Gothic" with some of the lyrics sets and it was rewritten into Purple Heart. [FYI this is how I patched it together] Still, a good song nonetheless.

Purple Heart is that "other" song. This was the original text to it, but they changed it for the album, yet kept the melody. Tho, as you see, they released this original version in the Re-armed edition

I believe I read somewhere that they made this song before deciding to go with war-themed songs and then just changed the lyrics to Purple heart
