1) She's Spanish, specifically from Barcelona (but I'm not 100% sure of that); anyway, Spanish people have this funny way of pronouncing the S. Also, it sounds like she's been taught Brit English, so she's placing emphasis in different letters in her enunciation; so all together makes her sound quirky to those used to American English. Anyway, I think it's a nice little song.2) The instrument she plays is called a Kazoo (El intrumento que usa es un Kazoo)
