Tesco current music choice is brilliant throughout all ads - fact adverts are successful because of the music choice

Oh my god. My mom taught me how to play the first bit of this tune 43 years ago. I saw the advert and started thinking about the old piano that sat in our living room in the 70's. Hearing this made those memories click back into place. Cant believe that tune has been stuck in my head for all these years and not knowing what it was. She used to call it the "Tiddly om pom pom music"

I have a lot of time for this gent.,,,,a World War 2 hero who, sadly, is no longer with us. He held the Distinguished Service Medal for his Naval service during the War. He certainly did his bit at the Country's time of need,,,,and deserved every bit of success he had later. Alas, he did not enjoy good healh and passed away far too early. R.I.P to a brave man. Thanks for posting this clip.

My parents had this album. When i was a child i listened it at moments i was alone. At that time i thought it was great music that made me happy. Now after about 25 years it has the same effect. Thanks for posting.

nice clip! :) I remember that my mom said many years ago she saw Russ Conway on TV and when he started the "clumsy" first notes everybody was like "who IS this guy? He can't even play!" :P:P:P and then, of course, the piano fireworks got loose :)
