Yes, this original 1986 version is the best. It has more of everything - more passion, more punch, etc. In fact, I remain amazed that Roxette's early (earliest?) album "Pearls of Passion" was one of their very best, with so many somewhat unknown gems on it.

A very good track. However, the version on 'tourism' is better. it is interesting, you can hear how the band evolved. on this, their first album, when marie has to sing high, she strains to hit the higher notes, and it kind of ruins the softness of the song. When we get to tourism, she has learnt to use a velvety and much more mature quality to her voice, that does the song more justice. Still, a great song.
