Yes but they do not cooperate so that we can have a scene like the "bay area thrash" scene or something like that. Bands in Greece bash each other so that they can be the ones to support bigger acts, or get signed and not any other band. They do not improve themselves. They just bash other bands

True story bro. We have some amazing big bands in Greece like Rotting Christ, Septic Flesh, Planet of Zeus and more than a few awesome underground ones... The problem is that the bands are too competitive and do not form a scene. They just try to be better than the rest.

Thats what I like to hear! When i posted that comment Youtube used to have a map showing where the views came from and there was 20,000 from greece and like 100 the rest of the world combined.

@Oakenbull I must agree. they mix so many influences together to make something truely brutal. i own all their cds and theyve yet to put out a bad album, which is more than you can say about alot of these new "core" bands
