When people ask "Who's your favourite guitar player" , it's unequivocal response: "Ronnie Earl". I'm usually met with a blank face. Ronnie has been an inspiration since those early Blacktop CDs --mid 80's . To see this phenomenal. His ideas are free-flowing and inventive. He always plays from the heart and with great technique. A rare combination. Just brilliant.

he plays great, but it would do alot for him to cut it shorter let him have his solo for 2 choruse's and thats it. jesus, it just takes away from the music and from the specialty of it.
