Rolling Stones - Yesterday's Papers (instrumental)

Who wants yesterdays papers

Who wants yesterdays girl

Who wants yesterdays papers

Nobody in the world

After this time I finally learned

After the pain and hurt

After all this what have I achieved

I've realized it's time to leave

Cause

Cho wants yesterdays papers

Who wants yesterdays girl

Who wants yesterdays papers

Nobody in the world

Living a life of constant change

Every day means the turn of a page

Yesterdays papers are such bad news

Same thing applies to me and you

Who wants yesterdays papers

Who wants yesterdays girl

Who wants yesterdays papers

Nobody in the world

Seems very hard to have just one girl

When there's a million in the world

All of these people just can't wait

To fall right into their big mistake

Who wants yesterdays papers

Who wants yesterdays girl

Who wants yesterdays papers

Nobody in the world

Now past their doing old black guys blues songs by having simply declared If those Beatles can write their own songs so can we , and so was born a lucrative song writing dynasty of Jagger and Richards, to write masterpieces like Ruby Tuesday and As Tears Go By, Quite a bunch of lads!!

BRIAN JONES WAS THE STONES IN THE STUDIO THEN!! HE COULD PLAY ANY INSTRUMENT AND COULD PICK IT UP AND THE OTHERS FOLLOWED ALONG!! HE IS PLAYING THE VIBRAPHONE ON THIS TRACK, AND JACK NITZSCHE IS PLAYING THE HARPSICHORD!! NITZSCHE WAS PHIL SPECTOR'S ARRANGER AND PRODUCED TRACKS HIMSELF AND PLAYED ON HARVEST WITH NEIL YOUNG AND WROTE THE STRING CHARTS FOR BROKEN ARROW BY THE BUFFALO SPRINGFIELD AT GOLD STAR STUDIOS IN 1967!!

beautiful and intricate; great to hear Brian when he still had it together. This is Pop craftsmanship easily equal to The Beach Boys or the Beatles.
