UPDATE - though I was initially super excited about this synth I really wanted a true poly synth - I also had issues with the synth distorting when not at full volume and realized it was supposed to be part of the "character" of it...anyway, got a used roland juno 106 and am super happy with it, sounds blow this thing away...Still think its a great midi controller and has some really cool features that have yet to be fully developed by roland, so time will tell.
recorded everything through ableton live with no effects on my master channel - hope you guys like it! :-)

this thing sounds great and i love the realtime control. it can be VERY raw and gives the Moog Sub 37 a serious run for its money on Raw Osc and Filter and LFO strength. HOWEVER, if you are looking for a cheap plastic Modelling synth GIVE THE MAUDIO VENOM A TRY. you can buy one on ebay for 230dollars. its a STEAL. I cant imagine why this cheap feeling little white synth didnt sell better than it did. its the BEST DOLLAR TO NOISE RATIO OF ANY SYNTH OUT THERE> buy one....you wont regret it at all. 9 years назад

So my opinion on this synth is, I was excited to see it at first until I quickly realized that this thing sounds just like anything you can get on the VS market at an 1\8 the cost. there are literally hundreds of sh101 emulators out there that sound just as good or better than the crappy "plug out" you can get with this 600$ monster POS. The limitations are horrible, I would rather deal with the limitations of a synth 30 yrs its junior.....9 years назад
