Hard Rock fan always, but I paused when The power station came about and absolutely dug the funk groove and smooth Palmer vocals. The pickup bars played this tune constantly and the alcohol flowed like the Mississippi. Best time of my life.

Loved the look of men singing dressed in suits.. from the 80s ..they had the voice charm and sex appeal to match... Bryan ferry, Elvis Costello, David Byrnes, Spandau ballet, Boz Scaggs just to name a few, unlike the male artist today they’re either shabby, karaoke singers have no dress sense and are self absorbed egotistical muppets..
