Playing bass in a classic rock/blues band and I'm learning to sing this song. One doesn't fully appreciate the nuances of Robert Palmer's phenomenal singing prowess until trying to duplicate what he does while playing the bass line. Have always LOVED me some RP, but learning his vocal style is like a master class. He's THE BEST...ever. We wont do this song unless we can kill it. Want to do RP proud. If he's up there listening we want him smiling. RIP, Robert...and thanks.
