I think Ableton and maybe Logic/Mainstage as well. Some backing, some effects processing and some midi instrumentation/controlling. He's using something like OSCulator to connect the controllers like the wiimote to a midi parameter within plugins (It sounds like iZotope's Stutter Edit for his vocal glitches at the end)
