@chefruss666 Jane's Addition, I thought, has always been masterful at covering songs that meant a lot to them. Their covers of Velvet Underground, Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, and others were very much their own songs. Internalized and interpreted. I have always viewed Perry's and Jane's Addiction's covers as songs influenced by muses that are not fantastical, but real influences on their lives before and after they became musicians. Sorry for the rambling, but I am happy that you commented.
