Maybe you should have tried a Gibson Thunderbird. Its mahogany and has been around before you were born.

You should check out Ben on incubus' live at red rocks DVD. He is one of the most underrated rock bassists. His tone is awesome and his playing is so smooth and tasty. He's really good.

He spent 20 minutes talking about his carpal tunnel or whatever his wrist issue is. He talks about the guitar gear for like 5 minutes of the whole video it's really lame.
