I think bluegrass musicians are the only ones that could pull this off...I'm a Metallica fan, in fact, I'm in their fan club and I think this is awesome! I think it's cool that Iron Horse likes Metallica enough and respects their musicianship enough to do their songs bluegrass style.

Honestly, The banjo is a lot harder for people without an ear for country music (I'm talking real country). When you pick up the banjo, you're not a kid from deliverance, you need to know you're crap.
