It's not a "phenomenal rise" at all. He got there by knowing secrets that keep us all struggling in our daily lives and only the initiated few get to be in on it. He's a yuppie piece of shit and you all can't see it because you think you know anything about him. He's conned you all good and proper and you pay for it every day. This is my favourite album of all time! Well done! I thought I was alone in loving this masterpiece! Still fresh and brilliant as when it was released in 1981! It is so good that I own two copies of it! Never released on CD?
