I thought "you are the best thing" was upbeat enough. Everyone keeps defending this song because it's not dour. Not all his stuff is dour. People don't like this song because they know he can write better. Here it is, wait for it...I hate this fuckin song. I heard it in cvs and thought it was some one hit wonder band from the nineties.
