He compared it to "Nude" from 2007's In Rainbows, which circulated for years before making its way onto a record, and said that there's "a very old song" on each Radiohead album."We never found the right arrangement for ["Nude"], until then," he said. "'Lift' is just like that. When the idea is right, it stays right. It doesn't really matter in which form."
