In a way this is kind of heavy metal bc the tune changes every so often

The only problem with this version is that I feel like the song should always segue into Funny How Love Is.

with most bands or songwriters, you can see their influences fairly easily. with Freddie, it's always a mystery. He wrote the most amazingly original songs that seem to come out of nowhere and had an uncanny knack for sorting out and producing over the top harmonies. This song is a masterpiece and I always describe the sounds of it as Heavy Metal meets Disney. I just love it.

Now what we need is to make the ending run into Stairway to Heaven. I've actually fiddle around and it works and combines to make the greatest 14 minutes in music history.

Wow. That was amazing.

I think they only recorded a part of it within a medley, the ending section starting at "I reign with my left hand, I rule with my right".

Indeed! That would have been terrible if it was never recorded. Personally, it's in my top 2 favorite of Queen, the second being "The Prophet's Song". Both are true masterpieces! :)

It's a miracle this song was ever recorded in the studio. :)

Wow I love this, send shivers down my spines! I could actually hear all the different instrument parts in this mix clearly, especially the piano parts, amazing! This is definitely my all time favorite Queen song from my favorite Queen album, would be great to if they would do a 5.1 surround remaster/remix of Queen II like the 'A Night At The Opera' album. It's a pity they never performed the whole song live, they'd probably need some extra backing singers and an extra guitarist to do it.

they did part of it in a medley in 1975 in their hammersmith show
