I remember this as the first track on the album Electrocity volume 5, compiled by The Associates' Ecki Stieg, alternative radio dj at the time. I had it on cassette, something about that cassette was just so magical, I couldnt stop listening to it. There is something so frank about synthpop from that era, it's haunting.
