I think it's in "Piano Players Rarely Ever Play Together", a documentary about Tuts Washington (an even older New Orleans piano player), Professor Longhair, and Allen Toussaint. Even if this clip is not from the movie, the movie is a treasure trove of great New Orleans piano and stories.
