Got turned on to this killer tune by out of all things a Ronco compilation record. I've always been really surprised that this one kinda few under the radar. It's outstanding.

This is my favorite song from my favorite album by this fantastic band. I remember getting the 8 track back when this album first came out. This song had a lot of personal meaning for me at the time. I also love For Liqourice John and of course the majestic Grand Hotel. The whole album ROCKS!!!.

OK great music but why the picture of The Rolling Stones?

Cool track! I've never heard this before. It has that "garage band" feel from the early 60's. Thanks for sharing, jani void.

I can't go see them now - to me it's Gary Brooker and a bunch of other guys, not Procol Harum. I'm sure they are very good, but hearing them do the original 10 years worth of songs is too much. Something I just discovered, if you want to hear a sublime Brooker-Wilson outing, can be found on Grooveshark if you can access it. Type in McGreggor and you will be blown away. It's not on YouTube except as a performance clip and that's not good at all. It's a bonus cut on the Shine on Brightly reissue.

Yes, BJ and Brooker were the musical esssence of the band. I really missed his drumming when I saw the PH at Aok in Chicago 2 moths ago. Brooker was amazing and that sort of made up, but... He was one of a kind indeed.

Grand Hotel was truly one of the great albums of the 1970's. I bought my copy in 1973 and went on to amaze many people with the incredible creativity that was Procol Harum. I've just order the dvd of their 2006 performance with the Danish National Orchestra. They play a number of songs from Grand Hotel. Go to amazon.com. It's all there. Peace

@rhbxyz There will never be another BJ. Tomorrow he would have been 65 had he lived. Just breaks my heart.
