Well I can't actually proof it, except for my name. My brother and me worked for Richard Allen and Ivor Truman at Delerium records at that time. Just check out the names, I'm Win and my brothers name is Nop. We did the artwork without aid of Photoshop at that time, because computers weren't advanced enough. As you can see there is a girl in the picture, which was an aquapainting overlayed by a filtered coloured sky. Of this combi we took a photo which resulted in the picture known to all.
