Nah. It's just her make-up, pudding-basin hairstyle and the angle the stagelights hit her face which accentuate her features. In this clip none of the features you mention look exaggerated. not so much, sorry, left that bit out - her style, attitude, groove, whatever - a little Englishwoman grown up on a farm, who found the whole blues/rock genre to most suitably express herself - I love a lot of spirit in a little woman, such a person burns particularly brightly, and is extra attractive thereby -- also that she's so female but not "cute" per se - all good

she has big features - big eyes, nose, mouth, too big for her face - when she opens her mouth to sing a high note, it's like a snake unhinging its jaw - makes her hard to look away from, as does her intensity -- if it's not clear from this, I like her :)
