Grindcore is just about being very harsh. It's a variation of punk that incorporates elements of metal and sometimes death metal and it's mainly about being incredibly aggressive with lyrical themes around politics, violence and other things. Grindcore's roots came from Discharge, DRI, Cryptic Slaughter, and even throw in the Swans, Rudimentary Peni, and many others acts. Pig Destroyer is like a combination of Voivod(Come on tell me you don't hear a Voivod influence happening), Napalm Death, maybe a Suffocation riff or two, and yes Helmet and Unsane.11 years назад
