It's not too hard once you get used to it. I can play the beginning faster than the normal version of the song. You've got to practice a lot and you'll get used to it and it'll be easier.

Yes, but each of those eight has its own brain and therefore can act independently of one another. Getting your fingers to act independently of one another requires a lot of focus.
