This shit will probably be a yuppie haven in 5-10 years. Crazy. 5 years ago those types wouldn't dare venture on Woodland west of 40th or something.The one thing I love about groups from Philly back then is they stayed true to their roots and always repped the city. There was pride in being the best in the city and there still is. All of those groups used Philly rappers for their swagger and then spit them out after they'd copied them completely. It's obvious. You can't duplicate the real thing though, only imitate it.

These dudes moved to Atlanta... but I bought this album in the summer of '01 on the strength of 'please don't mind' and never regretted it. LOTS of cameos in this video...Pharrell, Chad, Malice, Charlie Baltimore, Dutch from MF... good shit. Hip hop ain't been the same since this time.
