Phil's the nicest dude ever. Met him not to long ago and he was a complete gentleman. He got a bad rap somewhere along the way and some are just stuck in the 90's with their info. I was lucky enough to see Pantera 6 times and Phil and the Illegals once and that dude just loves Metal. He hates how metal has become so filled with labels for each kind of metal.
