I personally think Phil should've added this tune to the final mix of "But Seriously" instead of "All Of My Life", which I didn't care for at all.

WOW!! Thank you for posing this...I haven't heard it in years! Indeed, it was a B-side to a But Seriously song, and I heard it in a bar... I played it a lot. Unfortunately, the entire jukebox collection was lost when the place burned down during the San Diego County wildfires in 2003. This song should have made the cut I think...it's much better than a mere B-side. Great to see it again :)

Love all these rare Phil songs! But Seriously would've been even better if this were on it (it's sort of inbetween a soft and an upbeat song).

Thanks for this song, I used to have the 45 single back when "... But Seriously" hit the shelves. Some of Phil's best tracks included the Phoenix Horn section. Just as good as an A-side.
