El dijo que volvería.

Algunos piensan que pasara tanto tiempo...

Algunos creen que saben cuando será.

Vivimos como si no hubiera un mañana;

esperamos con nuestras lámparas de aceite.

Velamos hasta la medianoche,

el momento en que cese nuestra labor,

cuando suene la trompeta y llegue el esposo.

La boda será tan regia...
