This is far better than I expected it to be. Definitely the best Bon Iver cover I have heard thus far. Peter Gabriel is a very respectable vocalist, but Vernon's sound is entirely of its own, and impossible to cover. I am still happy I listened to this, though. Definitely worth the time.

I think that almost never anyone finds a cover better than the original, just because you hears the original one first. For me it's different, I heard this one before the original (as a peter gabriel fan), and I just listened to that one. Well I think you can guess. I find this one better.But a good thing is, I think this song is so great. And I like the original too. I'm going to listen to more Bon Iver.
