Around this same period of time in the late 70s Fripp did a lot of work with David Bowie. Fripp played on Heroes and Scary monsters.One thing that changed in Gabriel's music after his third album is that the guitar seems to be less significant. He rocks more on the first 3 albums. 10 years назад

I always thought this stood out from the rest of the album - didn't realise it was essentially a Robert Fripp track. The drums have something of the gated big drum sound from a few years later as well.11 years назад

Curiously in Fripp's verision the bass is barely hearable and here the guitar chords are below the bass and drums. Also, is Gabriel playing a flute in this track or is my imagination?11 years назад
