And all of their albums are, if not amazing. extremely interesting and entertaining at the least, the old ones and the new ones. It's never been a matter of "did they sell out" or "going back to our roots" with Pestilence...it was always..."what will they do next?"

@TheInbornMechanics because their hero Martin van Drunen isnt wailing about insects infesting his flesh. i like all Pestilence albums, i LOVE the first 3 but as a whole i like the band just fine. i don't own this yet - but i will, and i will think its' "good enough" i dont need every album to be a 5 star mega classic.

Best fucking album of 2011 so far! Fuck the new Morbid Angel, the new Decapitated & Autopsy are both good records, but come on guys; these guys deserve the credit, they are under-rated, and I have enjoyed this album much more than any new metal release! These guys are death metal bad-asses, they were touring with Death in the early days and still making sick tracks!! Best still-alive old-school death metal band there is!

Not too much progress from the previous album in my opinion. The only part i liked was the Spheres-like solo.
